Here are some of the stories we're working on for you:

More questions than answers this morning surrounding two people who died in police custody in the Mid-South over the weekend.
In Hickory Hill Memphis Police say they do not know for sure if the 19-year-old shot and killed by an officer Friday night was the man actually wanted on warrants.
In North Mississippi...an investigation is underway to determine how a Cordova man died shortly after being detained by Southaven Police. His family members have hired a lawyer and are demanding answers.

Renewed hope for the nearly 120,000 high-school dropouts in Shelby County. Today the Goodwill Excel Center, a "Tuition-Free Charter School"  will officially open to help adults get their high school diploma.

Tomorrow is your chance to land a job with Durham School Services. The bus company for Shelby County Schools and municipal school districts in Shelby County will have recruiters at a job fair at the New Hickory Hill Missionary Baptist Church.

U.S. investigators are still trying to understand why Mohammad Youssuf Aabdulazeez opened fire at an army recruiting center and navy operations center in Chattanooga last week. It appears he had a history of mental illness and drug abuse.

Japan's Mitsubishi materials corporation says it's sorry for using captured American soldiers as slave laborers during world war two. James Murphy, one of the few living survivors, was present for Sunday's ceremony. We're talking about it this morning on WMC Action News 5.

Today the United States and Cuba will re-establish diplomatic relations. For the first time since severing ties in 1961, they'll reopen embassies in each country's capital.
