Allegiant announces new flights out of MEM

MEMPHIS, TN (WMC) -

New flights are coming to Memphis International Airport starting October 1.

Allegiant announced new low-cost, nonstop flights to Austin, Texas and Tampa/St. Pete, Florida.

Tickets are on sale now--with prices as low as $48.

Memphis travelers can save even more money by entering the promotional code MEMPHIS100 when booking online.

Allegiant began service to MEM in May 2015.

“We’re very pleased to announce these new flights so soon after launching service to Memphis,” said Jude Bricker, Allegiant Travel Company senior vice president of planning. “The response to our service from the community has exceeded our expectations and we’re certain Memphis travelers will also embrace these new flights to Austin and Tampa / St. Pete.”
