A man is in critical condition after being shot in the 2600 block of Burns Avenue late Friday night.
A witness told police she saw a man chasing another man and shooting at him. The man ran up the steps of a house located on Burns Avenue, where he collapsed.
Investigators found a man lying on the steps with a gunshot wound in his lower abdomen.
The witness told police the suspect ran toward Labelle Street.
The victim was taken to Regional Medical Center in critical condition.
No arrests have been made. This is an ongoing investigation.
