Amazon puts new limits on Prime sharing

Amazon Prime sharing just got more difficult.
The company is reportedly setting new limits on its Prime service, making it more difficult to split it with other people.
In the past, account holders could share the $99 account with four other people.
According to Tech Crunch, under the new plan, new subscribers will only be able to share the premium service with one other adult, and up to four children.
In order to share Prime benefits, though, these two adults must authorize each other to use their debit or credit cards on file.
Tech Crunch also notes the most recent estimates show 44 million subscriptions to Amazon Prime, which is 47 percent of Amazon’s shoppers.
