A Better Mid-South: Random Acts of Kindness

Editorial by WMC Action News 5 General Manager Tracey Rogers:

It has been a tough week here in the Mid-South.

Losing Memphis police officer Sean Bolton left a massive hole in our collective heart.

We all process grief differently, but it seems many of us are stuck in the anger stage of grieving.

Now is a good time to start seeking out ways to get past the anger.

I cannot think of a better way to do that than to do something for someone else, just like Officer Bolton did every time he put on his uniform.

In the coming days, can you think of one random act of kindness you could perform in the memory of Officer Bolton?

I'm going to work on this, and I challenge you to do the same.

I know you might want to keep your random act private, but if you would like to share, email me at abettermidsouth@wmctv.com or post a message on my Facebook page.

Remember the service of Officer Sean Bolton and perform a random act of kindness. Your kindness will make this A Better Mid-South
