MEMPHIS, TN (WMC) -

As this year's Elvis Week draws to a close, thousands of fans will spend millions of dollars on Elvis artifacts from collectors around the world.

Several of Elvis' Gold and Platinum records, plaques, and even clothes are up for auction.

Among the objects up for sale, a guitar signed by all four members of the Million Dollar Quartet. That is the name given to an impromptu jam session at Sun Studios in 1956 when Elvis, Carl Perkins, Johnny Cash, and Jerry Lee Lewis all played together.

Meanwhile, leaders are getting ready for the grand opening of the new Guest House at Graceland.

Construction is in full swing for the 450-room, full-service resort hotel, which has been called the most significant enhancement to Graceland since it opened in 1982.

At the opening on October 27, fans can expect live concerts, celebrity appearances, and VIP events.
