MEMPHIS, TN (WMC) -

A neighborhood game of Dominoes ended with one man dead and his killers on the run.

Friends and family said the victim is 19-year-old Aaron Crutcher, a father of three.

Neighbors said they heard about 20 or 30 shots.

“It makes me sad as hell because it's stupid,” said Tawana Blackwell, a friend of Crutcher.

Neighbors said Crutcher was outside playing Dominoes with friends when two men walked up carrying guns and forced the men on the ground.

Crutcher’s nephew was not too far away when the shooting happened.

“The two dudes turned around, then turned back around and said ‘nobody move, nobody move,’” the victim’s nephew said.

Police said the men ran away, but the suspects opened fire while chasing them. Crutcher's nephew said they shot him and then robbed him.

“They went in his pockets and everything,” he said.

The men took off in a black Chevy Impala.

Now, close friends and family are paying respects to the 19-year-old father. They placed teddy bears on a pole, marking the area where Crutcher was shot and killed.

Now, a man who they said had no enemies is dead.

“It was stupid. Why for a little money, what did you want?” Blackwell asked.
