MEMPHIS, TN (WMC) -

Which state has the best looking patrol cruisers?

States are vying for that distinction through a contest held by American Association of State Troopers.

The Tennessee Highway Patrol is just one organization competing for the award.

“We are excited to be a part of this competition that spotlights our patrol vehicles,” Colonel Tracy Trott said. “It gives our state an opportunity to showcase our cruisers and bring attention to the importance of highway safety in Tennessee.”

The contest is being held on Facebook through the American Association of State Troopers page. The cruiser that gets the most likes on their photo will be crowned the winner.

The winner will be presented with the “Best Looking Cruiser Award” and will be on the cover of the AAST Best Looking Cruisers 2016 wall calendar.

You'd think 28 wins over the last three years would enough for a program to feel pretty good about itself going into a new college football season, especially for a program that had trouble just sniffing any victories a few season ago.
