Biker Dad: Cajun Ragin' for the West Tennessee Veterans Home

We may not have been down on the bayou, but it was still certainly a good time at the Bumpus Collierville Ragin' Cajun Rumble Saturday. It was all the gumbo and jambalaya you could eat for $3. The proceeds went to the much needed West Tennessee Veterans home that will eventually be built in Arlington and serve the thousands of veterans of West Tennessee. The Combat Veterans Association teamed up to bring the great food and great music by the Dantones to the party. The Freedom Biker Church of Mississippi and Louisiana cooked up the gumbo and jambalaya.

Bumpus used the party to roll out the brand new 2016 Harleys too, and I see from their Facebook page they sold their first '16 model. The Collierville store is teaming up with the Combat Veterans Association for several events in their effort to raise the money for the veterans home, including a poker run coming up to coincide with September 11. Stay tuned for more details on that.
