A man is in jail after police said he broke into a home, tied up two people and robbed them.

Investigators said Johnathon Mitchell, 20, broke into the home on Windsor Parkway near James Road and North McLean Boulevard.

The victim told police Mitchell knocked on the door and asked to use the restroom and get some cough syrup.
