SEATTLE, WA (WMC) -

The 26-year-old who first stepped forward to say former Memphis Housing and Community Development Director Robert Lipscomb sexually abused him now lives in Seattle.

Though he is far from Memphis, he said he is ready for justice, and plans to tell WMC Action News 5 his side of the story.

The victim said Lipscomb repeatedly molested him years ago when he was underage. He said the trauma turned his life upside down, and now he's trying to move past what happened.

He also wants to discuss a complaint he filed in 2010 with Memphis Police Department.

Meanwhile, Lipscomb denies any wrongdoing on his part.

WMC Action News 5's Jerry Askin traveled to Seattle to meet with the victim. Stay with WMCActionNews5.com and WMC Action News 5 to learn more about the accusations.
