MEMPHIS, TN (WMC) -

Robert Lipscomb will continue to pull a paycheck from Memphis Housing Authority, which is the city's arm of United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

The group's board met Wednesday morning and voted to suspend Lipscomb with pay. Deputy Director Maura Black Sullivan will fill Lipscomb's vacancy.

Over the last six days, nine victims contacted investigators saying Lipscomb sexually molested them while they were underage.

Through his attorney, Lipscomb said he is innocent of any crimes.

Investigators are conducting interviews and gathering evidence in each case, but at this time, Lipscomb has not been charged with any crimes.

Lipscomb resigned from his position of City of Memphis Housing and Community Development Director on Monday.
