MEMPHIS, TN (WMC) -

Tabitha Gentry, the woman convicted of squatting in $3 million dollar Memphis mansion, got her sentence reduced Wednesday.

Gentry was originally sentenced to 20 years for theft of property and 14 years for evading arrest. She was convicted in April 2015.

The Tennessee Court of Criminal Appeals ruled Gentry should serve her sentences concurrently rather than consecutively.

Gentry sentence is reduced from 34 years to 26 years.
