Though no police officers came by Robert Lipscomb's house Friday morning, his attorney Ricky Wilkins and an unknown woman paid him a visit.

Meanwhile, the 26-year-old man whose allegations sparked an investigation of the City Hall official revealed more information about their alleged relationship.

"When he picked me up when I was looking for a ride, he gave me his home phone number and the number for the housing authority, and he told me I could reach him there," the accuser said. "At one point, I used to call him from a number but they turned that into a fax machine."

The victim said he visited Robert Lipscomb's offices several times, and that people in both offices knew about their relationship.

He said one person at the Memphis Housing Authority kept their relationship under wraps.

"Yes, she even covered for him," the victim said. "When she called he was screening his phone calls to make sure it wasn't me calling once the relationship went sour."

He said Lipscomb's secretary at City Hall had a similar response at the time.

"She told me, 'don't you call down here talking about that (expletive) somebody molested and raped you.'"

Now, the victim said he fears for his life and thinks Lipscomb should be behind bars.

No charges have been filed and no arrests have been made in this case.

Memphis police said they're still investigating the case.
