MEMPHIS, TN (WMC) -

According to the Shelby County District Attorney's office, two men said Tremaine Wilbourn was the person they saw shoot Officer Sean Bolton multiple times on August 1.

In court on Friday, one man testified that he tried to call 911, but the line was busy. That statement confirmed previous reports from witnesses too scared to speak on camera.

The second witness was the man who called for help using Officer Bolton's own radio.

"That young man who told the officer, 'sir, I'm not trying to hurt you or bother you or anything. I'm just trying to help you because I need your police radio because 911 is busy,'" one neighbor recalled.

The DA's office said the witness added that after he heard shots, he saw the officer lying face down in a neighbor's yard.

Friday, a Shelby County judge found probably cause to send the case to a Grand Jury.
