Steve Stamson with the Shelby County Juvenile Court has received a subpoena from a federal grand jury for any and all records in the John Ford-Dana Smith case. Stamson tells Action News 5 two FBI agents brought the subpoena in, and after consulting with the county attorney, Stamson turned the records over. No word what this grand jury is looking into.
