2 men wanted for killing 18-year-old

MEMPHIS, TN (WMC) -

Memphis police are searching for two homicide suspects wanted for shooting an 18-year-old.

The shooting happened on January 9 at 5:12 p.m. in the 3700 block of Pershing Park.

Officers found one victim unresponsive. He was taken to the hospital in critical condition, where he later died. The victim was later identified as 18-year-old Ryan Gilliam, a Trezevant High School senior.

Police said Gilliam was coming home when he saw three men coming out of his apartment.

Police said the suspects shot Gilliam and ran.

Terry Johnson and Marktavious Twilley have both been issued warrants for first-degree murder.
