Grizzlies make another trade before deadline

MEMPHIS, TN (WMC) - In a last second deal, Memphis Grizzlies have traded Jeff Green to the Clippers.

According to USAToday's Sam Amick, the Grizzlies are getting Lance Stephenson and a first round draft pick

So far this season Jeff Green is averaging 12 points, 4.5 rebounds, and 1.8 assists in 29 minutes per game. Stephenson is averaging 4.7 points, 2.5 rebounds, and 1.4 assists  in 15 minutes per game.

Stephenson's career has been a little up and down over the past years. A few years ago, he led the NBA with five triple doubles, but he hasn't really shown his worth with either Charlotte or the Clippers.

This is the second major trade from the Grizzlies before the 2016 trade deadline. The team sent Courtney Lee to Charlotte in a three team deal.

Stay with as we work to learn more about the details of the trade.
