MEMPHIS, TN (WMC) - A man faces a long list of charges after he was accused of shooting into a house with five people inside.
According to the police report, a woman and four of her family members were inside their home on O'Neil Street when a car sped up to the front of the house.
The woman told police that someone inside the car started firing shots towards her house, hitting it multiple times. Several bullets went straight through the home.
The woman said she thought the suspect may have been shooting at someone who ran behind her home, but she and her family were in danger.
Later, the woman identified Warrick McBride as the person who shot into her home. She identified two other people who were in the car, but do not appear to be in police custody at this time.
McBride is charged with five counts of attempted first-degree murder and five counts of reckless endangerment with a deadly weapon.
McBride is in jail on a $1 million bond.
