Brothers arrested, accused of shooting at ex-girlfriend

MEMPHIS, TN (WMC) -

A man and his brother are charged with shooting at his ex-girlfriend outside a Fox Meadows gas station.

According to the police report, the victim and her new boyfriend were leaving the parking lot of a Piccadilly's restaurant at 5 p.m. on February 10. She said her ex-boyfriend, Devin Acey, and his brother, David Acey, came up to them and started arguing with them.

The victim and her boyfriend then drove to the Mapco station in the 2700 block of Mt. Moriah Road where they said the brothers started shooting at them. They were not injured, but their car was damaged.

Both brothers were arrested February 21. They are both charged with aggravated assault.
