MEMPHIS, TN (WMC) - A pair of accused robbers picked the wrong restaurant to mess with.
Employees at an IHOP in Parkway Village told police two men robbed the cashiers at gunpoint. According to the police report, one of the men took $200 from an employee and then demanded that the store manager open the safe. The man took two bags of money totaling $1,400 from the safe.
The employees then chased them down until police arrived on the scene.
Treveno Barr and Marcus Grantham are charged with aggravated robbery.
Grantham told police they planned to rob a Domino's, but it was closed.
