The longtime doctor to Elvis will be laid to rest this weekend. Dr. George Nichopoulos died this week at age 88. He served as the personal physician to Elvis for the last decade of the singer's life, but was accused of over-prescribing drugs up until Elvis died. Details this morning..

A psychotherapist testified that sportscaster Erin Andrews was "anxious and depressed" after the man who stalked her and posted secretly recorded videos on the internet was let out of prison.
