MEMPHIS, TN (WMC) - Jeremy and Santavion are looking to take flight.

The two young brothers hope someone will step up to be their Big Brother.

"I need a positive role model to help me be a good kid," Jeremy said.

Jeremy want to grow up and be a pilot. Santavion hopes to become an astronaut. Both boys love to ride their bikes and play with friends.

They also have a strong bond with their younger sister, Shaderea.

The boys have a lot of love to give--whether it be to their sister, their mother, or their potential big brother.

"Help take care of my momma; I love my mama," Santavion said.

"Cook for my momma; I clean up," Jeremy said.

The boys also like to skate.

Santavion is still working on his skating skills, and he's already learned an important life lesson.

"I kept on falling a couple of times. It hurt, but I got back up and I kept on trying. I never gave up. My mama taught me that," Santavion said.

Both brothers are among more than 100 Memphis children who need a Big Brother or Big Sister.

The vast majority of those children are boys.

They're just waiting for someone to change their lives and teach them more life lessons.

"If you don't know how it feels to fall, you won't know how it feels to get back up," Santavion said.
