Breaking news this morning...two of the attackers who targeted the Brussels airport have been identified as brothers Khalid and Brahim Bakraoui. Authorities know more about the attack and the attackers. There is an international manhunt for a third person. We have an update this morning on WMC. Strengthening a fight against de-annexation. Today top Memphis leaders will be in Nashville to make sure lawmakers know the effect the bill could potentially have on Shelby County and the State of Tennessee. A preview this morning on WMC.

The University of Memphis is investigating a possible conflict of interest involving the athletic department. Recently, allegations surfaced that Athletic Director Tom Bowen and Head Men's Basketball Coach Josh Pastner made a deal for Pastner's contract while both had the same agent.
