MEMPHIS, TN (WMC) - A man is behind bars after another man was shot and killed on Clearbrook Street on Monday night.
Memphis Police Department officers responded to the 3500 block of Clearbrook Street where they found a man with a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Investigators later identified the victim as Reginald Tyler, 24.
Police said witnesses came forward and led investigators to the suspected gunman, 31-year-old Travaris Howard.
Witnesses said they saw Tyler and Howard arguing moments before the gunfire. Howard confessed to witnesses, and those people came to police.
Howard was arrested and charged with second-degree murder and employment of a firearm in the commission of a violent felony.
