MEMPHIS, TN (WMC) - Tiger Lane was taken over by a sea of pink Saturday.
Thousands showed up for the second annual 'Sista Strut' 3k.
The charity walk was aimed to raise awareness for breast cancer, specifically in the African American community.

Among women younger than 45, African-American women have higher rates of breast cancer compared to white women, according to Susan G. Komen.
