MEMPHIS, TN (WMC) -

Two men have been arrested after one of them fired shots in the air at a community center.

On Thursday, police said Monterrio Loveberry,19, and brothers Eric and Eddie Malone drove to Westwood Community Center after they received a text that Loveberry’s sister was involved in a fight.

When they arrived, Malone handed Loveberry a gun, which he began waving around in the air and yelling, according to police.

Police said Loveberry fired several shots into the air. The victims tried to drive away from the community center, but Loveberry and Malone chased them in their car and fired shots at the victims' car.

The victims were able to escape and flag down a police officer. No one was injured during the shootings.

Loveberry and Eric Malone were arrested and each charged with two counts of aggravated assault. Eddie Malone has not been arrested and does not appear to have an arrest warrant.
