Lots of questions abound in the off-season for the Memphis Grizzlies.
What the roster will look like going forward depends a lot on what they do with free agency.
As many as five positions could change with Matt Barnes unrestricted and Vince Carter with a 1-year team option..
If the Grizzlies keep Carter, they'll owe him $4.2 million.
If the team lets him go, they'll have to give him $2 million.
Not to Mention Mike Conley, who will have many suitors for next season, as will his backup for most of the season, Mario Chalmers. Despite the fact Chalmers is coming off achilles surgery, he is a proven player and possible starter at the point.
That's why the Grizzlies are so high on D-League call-up Xavier Munford, who showed well enough in his limited minutes to earn a deal which, at least, guarantees him a spot in training camp with a chance to win a permanent job.
Munford averaged 5.7 points, 2.2 rebounds, and 1.6 assists with the Grizzlies this season.
