Scientists: secret to better sleep, better mood

A new study proves that one lifestyle change could result in better sleep, better sex, and a better mood.

According to a recent two-year study, scientists said people who restricted their calorie intake by 25 percent reported feeling happier and less stressed, getting a better night's sleep, and having better sex.

Scientists added that it's unclear whether the results would be exaggerated with more extreme calorie restriction.
