MEMPHIS, TN (WMC) -

Grizzlies point guard Mike Conley is up for another award for all the work he does in the Memphis community. This time, Mike needs YOUR help to win!

Conley is nominated for the 2015-16 Seasonlong NBA Cares Community Assist Award.

Conley, the winner of the 2016 NBA Sportsmanship Award, faces tough competition in Carmelo Anthony, Anthony Davis, Andre Drummond, Zach LaVine, Victor Oladipo, John Wall, Kevin Durant, Draymond Green, and Damian Lillard.

Conley made the list by winning the January 2016 monthly NBA Cares Community Assist Award. He won for his work raising money for Methodist Healthcare Foundation, where he helps fund research for their sickle cell center.

The winner of the award will have $25,000 donated to their charity of choice; Conley’s choice is Methodist Healthcare.

“I’m humbled to be named a finalist for the Seasonlong NBA Cares Community Assist Award,” Conley said. “It’s a blessing to be able to use my platform to bring more awareness to the local causes that are near and dear to my heart.”

The NBA will have a panel of judges to vote, but here’s where you can come in: A social media campaign will be held where fans can vote up until May 18.

All you have to do is post on Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook with the hashtags #NBACommunityAssist and #MikeConley.

Each Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter post containing both hashtags is a vote for Mike, so show the NBA how dedicated Grizz Nation is!
