The state of Tennessee is anxiously waiting a court decision of an appeal involving TennCare changes. The three judge panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals is expected to make their decision this week. The ruling will determine whether the District Court can continue to keep Tennessee from cutting 323,000 enrollees from TennCare. Lawyers from both sides say they agree that Judge William Haynes should only be reviewing procedural issues with the governor's plan. Haynes has said he just wants to make sure the state has considered all options. Judge Haynes has not given a timetable for his decision.
