Jessica Chamber's father, Ben Chambers, said he is patiently waiting for Quinton Tellis to be back in Mississippi. Investigators said Tellis burned Jessica Chambers alive in December 2014.

"Its going to be hard, me sitting with him in the same room. That's my biggest fear," Ben Chambers said. "You have to have a soul to get forgiveness. A man that does what he does doesn't have a soul."

Tellis pleaded guilty to using credit cards belonging to a murdered University of Louisiana Monroe student. He has not been charged in her death. Investigators are waiting for Tellis to be processed into a facility in Louisiana so he can be extradited back to Mississippi. A process that could take a month.

"The emotions. Its going to be hard to control--nothing in this world I hate worse than him, " Chambers said. "I know I have to forgive him, but I wish him the worst in the world."

Strong words from Chambers who admits it's not going to be easy to hear testimony about what happened to his daughter. But, there is one thing he hopes to learn.

"Why? Why? That's my main thing. I don't know if I will ever get the truth of why. What could a 19-year-old girl do to you to do that," Chambers said.

He said he will be in court every day and hopes Tellis sees the maximum penalty that a judge can give.

"I want him to get the fullest thing the law will give. I hope he gets death," said Chambers.
