Robbers were sneaky enough to get away with close to 1,000 pills, but they couldn't hide from surveillance cameras.

Police are hoping you can help identify the men captured on the cameras inside a CVS Pharmacy store on Winchester Road and Kirby Parkway.

"Mainly everything has been calm in the area, but now its beginning to pick up a little bit more," shopper Eric Cruthson said.

According to police, two men walked in the store on Monday and distracted the pharmacist. While they created the distraction, another robber jumped the counter and snatched two bottles of Tramadol. That includes 800 pills, totaling more than $900 worth of prescription medicine.

Shoppers said there isn't much that can be done to stop this type of crime.

"Just pray, that's all we can do," shopper Daisy Tate said.

Police are working to catch the people responsible and have posted photos on social media. They're asking for your help to identify the men.

"It's very important that they do get caught," Cruthson said. "Not letting anyone get hurt. No one, no family, no kids, or anything, someone retaliating on anything of that nature."

Police said after the robbery, all three men got in a 2000 model gold GMC Yukon.

If you have any information, you are asked to call the Memphis Police Department.
