Graduation déjà vu for mom of Southwind High School valedictorian

MEMPHIS, TN (WMC) -

One Mid-South mom, had graduation déjà vu as one of her daughters took the stage.

Amia Osibanjo took the stage as valedictorian of Southwind High School. However, her sister was also named valedictorian in 2010.

"To my sister, I must say, the most significant gift mom ever granted me was you,” Amia Osibanjo said to her classmates during her speech  “To my mother, you made me stronger and walked with the universe on your shoulders and God gave you bigger wings."

Osibanjo graduated with a 4.29 grade point average and plans on attending University of Tennessee, Knoxville.

Back in 2010, her sister, Erin, also graduated as valedictorian, and their mom couldn't be prouder.
