MEMPHIS, TN (WMC) -

An apparent member of a dangerous gang is behind bars, accused of hitting a young woman.

According to the police report, the young woman and younger sister fought with another girl and her brother after getting off of the school bus.  All of the students then went home.

The young woman then said 20 minutes later, the other girl and her father, later identified as Brad Marion, came to her house, broke the glass in the security door, reached in, and unlocked the door.

The victim then said Marion walked inside and confronted her, asking, "Who jumped my daughter?!" When the victim tried to respond, she said Marion hit her in the face. He and his daughter left.

As he was leaving, Marion lifted up his shirt, showing a tattoo that said he was a member of the Gangsta Disciples.

When investigators found Marion, they noted he had a tattoo that matched the victim's description on his stomach.

Marion was arrested and charged with aggravated burglary and assault.
