Thirteen thousand dollars can make a lot of wishes come true. And thanks to the Los Cazadores Law Enforcement Motorcycle Club, that's exactly what will happen. The club presented a check for that amount to the Mid-South Make-A-Wish Foundation. They raised the money during their annual dice run earlier this spring.

One-hundred-fifty to two hundred riders participated in the event this year.

Last year's ride funded Bryce Beardon's wish. Bryce has a congenital heart defect. His mother said the trip to Hawaii funded by Make-A-Wish was a Godsend.

"It was amazing; it was an honor just to go and relax like a normal family," Sara Langston said. "You don't have to worry about doctor's appointments, or if you have enough money to pay for next week's doctor's appointments."

Bryce was so inspired by what the bikers did for his family that he’s organizing his own ride to help kids in North Mississippi. It will be in Corinth on June 4.
