"I guess you'd say it's kind of an attention grabber," Sgt. David Ballard said. "Just to get more people to go to the tip line, giving us more tips."

The 'attention grabber' is a compilation of mugshots of attractive girls compiled by ugly plastic. There are plenty to choose from. One from the Little Rock area that is even a social media hit. Many websites have even dubbed her "Prison Bae."

Despite this, Sgt. Ballard said the tip line is no joke.

He said the tips are the key to getting drugs and dealers off the streets.

"The citizens are the ones who see these things," Ballard said. "They see what's going on in their neighborhoods."

The Sheriff's Office is pushing to get more people to its tip line and they are hoping these girls gone bad are the allure.
