While the fallout for Baylor University continues over the mishandling and cover up of sexual assault allegations, Tennessee football coach Butch Jones is defending his program.
Tennessee is facing it's own Title IX lawsuit filed by eight women, who claim they were sexually assaulted by UT men's basketball and football players.
Speaking to ESPN at SEC Spring meetings, Jones said that he wouldn't compare the Baylor and Tennessee situations, but he felt strongly the school had done the right things and was proud of the culture in Knoxville.
In March, former player Drae Bowles stated in an affidavit that he was attacked by teammates for helping a woman who claimed she was assaulted by two football players.
Bowles, who transferred to UT-Chattanooga after the 2014 season, said that Jones told him he "betrayed the team" by helping the woman.
