Just over a month ago the Broncos made former University of Memphis Quarterback Paxton Lynch their Number One Pick in the NFL Draft.
Now, Denver is showing Lynch how much he's worth to them.
How does $9.5 Million for four years sound to you?
That's what Lynch and his agent, Leigh Steinberg, agreed to.
The deal, which, reportedly, includes a signing bonus of more than $5 Million bucks, has a team option for a 5th year.
Lynch, the 26th player chosen overall in the April Draft, is one of three quarterbacks battling for the Broncos Starting QB position along with veteran Mark Sanchez and 2nd year pro Trevor Siemian.
Sports Illustrated has already put Lynch on one of its covers touting him as -quote- "The Successor" to retired Broncos Quarterback Peyton Manning, a future Hall of Famer.
