MEMPHIS, TN (WMC) - Police are searching for a man who crashed into a pair of motorcycles in Berclair and then ran off.
The crash happened at the intersection of Summer Avenue and Sratford Road.
One survivor said besides some bumps and bruises, she is OK, but said it is a miracle no one was killed.
"I just remember thinking to myself, oh my God this is it," Theresa Paluso said.
Paluso said she and two others were thrown into the air after a car hit them at the intersection.
"We had no control over that situation," she said.
Paluso said the group of riders were waiting at the light when a man speeding in a black Audi hit them.
"Did not even see us; he didn't even hit the brakes," Paluso said.
The motorcycles were left in a mangled mess of metal after the crash, while Theresa and others were left with scrapes and bruises.
The driver left the scene of the accident without waiting for police.
"Please help police in locating him, and turning him in," Paluso said.
She hopes to send a message to everyone on the road.
"As a driver of a car, you have to be so aware of your surroundings," she said.
A witness at the scene said they were able to get the car's license plate. Police are working to identify the driver.
