MEMPHIS, TN (WMC) -

A Mid-South photographer is using her skills to raise money for a Memphis police officer that was involved in a serious crash.

Friends said Tony Vuong and his son are out of the hospital and doing better after they were involved in a wreck while returning from vacation in Florida.

Vuong’s fiancée, Amanda Murley, was killed in the crash.

A family friend, Brandi Davis, is holding a fundraiser for the family.

She took the couple’s engagement photos several months ago and was devastated to lose her friend.

Davis has already raised hundreds of dollars, but hopes to raise at least $1,000.

“I hope it just gets some stress off them so they can relax a little bit more,” Davis said. “I don't want them to have any more worries than what they already have.”

If you want to help, you can book a photo shoot with Brandi. She promises to give 100 percent of the proceeds to Tony and his son.
