The final game to signal the opening of the college football season kicks off Monday night in Orlando as the 11th ranked Ole Miss Rebels are set to tangle with Number 4 Florida State.
Monday's game feature's two Heisman contenders.
Chad Kelly for the Rebels is on just about every pre-season watch list there is for offensive production.
He wants to make a statement to show Ole Miss is a complete team both running and passing the ball.
"I just think the run opens up the pass more than anything," said Kelly. "So as long as we can keep chunking it down the field and showing teams we can do it I think the running game will open up."
Florida State Head Coach Jimbo Fisher is more than impressed with Kelly's play.
"Y'know with a guy like Chad, in order to get pressure you have to stay in your rush lanes. I mean, you rush crazy and don't stay in your run lanes..that's when he goes crazy making big plays getting the ball down the field. I mean, this guy's a great play. He does a good job with his arm and his feet."
"It's a difficult task, but we relish the opportunity. It's the kind of game we want to be in and we have an opportunity to paned our brand at Ole Miss," Ole Miss Head Coach Hugh Freeze said.
Florida State has one of the best running backs in the mation in Dalvin Cook.
Last season he rushed for more than 1,600 yards and 19 touchdowns.
Ought to be a good one at the Citrus Bowl. Kickoff is 7 p.m.
