Two people were injured in a shooting in the Medical District early Sunday morning.
The shooting happened at the intersection of Monroe Avenue and Marshall Avenue.
Officers said several vehicles were shot on the street and parking lot.
Police said there was also two crash scenes where the suspects left the scene. Police said two different groupings of shell casing were found.
Investigators said initially there were no victims. While on the scene, police said they were told a victim had shown up to a hospital in the area.
One victim, a 42-year-old man, drove himself to Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital with a gunshot wound. Police said he was treated, then transferred to Regional Medical Center in stable condition.
A second victim was taken to Methodist University Hospital in stable condition.
Police said no arrests have been made. This investigation is ongoing.
