MEMPHIS, TN (WMC) -

If dogs hold a special place in your heart, an opportunity for you help a rescue organization continue its mission is coming up in November.

Since it was founded, Streetdog Foundation rescued 650 dogs from the streets and shelters of Memphis. Without a shelter to house them, the foundation relies on volunteer foster families to provide for them.

The 4th annual "Howl at the Moon" fundraiser held on November 12 will not only be a fun event for everyone who attends, but 100 percent of the money raised will directly benefit the pups rescued by Streetdog Foundation.

"Howl at the Moon" will feature great food, music, live and silent auctions, and a photo booth! A "paw pass," which costs $40 if purchased in advance and $50 at the door, will get you entry to all of it and alcoholic beverages can be purchased separately.

The event will be held at The Warehouse in Downtown Memphis, located at 36 East G.E. Patterson Avenue.
