A gas station employee is in critical condition after being stabbed because he reportedly sold a customer some ‘bad chicken,’ according to Memphis Police Department.

The stabbing happened at Exxon Mobil in the 1100 block of Jackson Avenue.

The store manager told police the victim was in the process of cleaning the parking lot when the suspect approached him. The suspect complained that the victim sold him some ‘bad chicken’ and he wanted his money back.
