The largest house in Tennessee, Villa Collina, will go up for auction in October.

It's on the market for $13.8 million, but you might can snag it for "cheap" when it hits the auction block on October 26.

Villa Collina is located on Lyons View Pike in Knoxville, Tennessee. It's the largest home in the Volunteer State and the 87th largest in the country.

Villa Collina has more than 36,000 square feet, 8 bedrooms, and 16 bathrooms.

The home has an annual property tax bill of $50,000 and a utility bill of around $4,500 a month.

Two different owners have claimed the property since it was built in 2000.

"It took five years to build," Architect Karen Gaye Johnson said. "This place is very, very special."

The home includes automatic lights, hidden doors, marble floors, indoor pools, massive closets, and a wine cellar--which can hold up to 100,000 bottles of wine.

The home also sits in an amazing location where you can see the Great Smoky Mountains and the Tennessee River.

As long as nobody agrees to the $13.8 million price tag before October 26, the home will go up for auction with no limit and no reserve--meaning it will sell, no matter the bid price.

"Today if you had to rebuild this property, you couldn't do it for under $19 million," Debbie Elliott Sexton of Alliance Sotheby's Realty said.
