FAYETTE COUNTY, TN (WMC) -

After the football matchup between Fayette-Ware High School and Northpoint Christian School, the opposing teams met on the field.

But instead of jockeying for the ball, the teams knelt down in prayer on the 50-yard line.

The moment was captured on camera by WMC Action News 5 Viewer Cindy Mynatt, who said she wanted to capture a positive moment involving the teenagers. Her son plays for Fayette-Ware High School.

Fayette-Ware won the match 26-13, but the two teams did their schools proud with their shared spiritual moment on the field.
