Pearland, TX (WMC/NBC) -

A Pearland, Texas, car owner is revved up about a tow truck driver who picked up his six figure baby and took it for a joyride.  A motorcycle crash left Brian Montgomery in a wheelchair, but he still likes to go fast. That's why he spent $110,000 for Nissan GTR. It's very fast.

"It's an extremely fun car to drive, put it that way," Montgomery said.

He believes a local tow truck driver recognized that. On Sunday, the car started acting up, so he had it towed to a Nissan dealership. Or so he thought.

A camera inside the car revealed the tow truck driver decided to keep the car and take it for a joyride. The video shows how fast the tow truck driver was going, speeding through a residential neighborhood. On the same video clip, you can hear the driver bragging to his friends, telling them how fast it is. He also admits the car belongs to a customer and that he almost lost control while driving it. Finally at 2 a.m., someone unplugged the camera.

The car eventually made its way to the dealership the following afternoon. Now, the police are involved.

"They broke the law. They took it without my permission, they drove it recklessly," said Montgomery.

Montgomery posted the joy ride video to Youtube as well. You can watch it here:
