He is out of jail this morning, but former Memphis Tigers basketball star D.J. Stephens will be back downtown this morning for his court hearing.  He is accused of hitting the mother of his child. An update this morning.

This morning, students are returning to school after a mom stabbed her son and dropped him off at school almost 24 hours ago. She is due in court this morning. We'll tell you what we know about the case this morning.

We have a toy recall alert. Fire and burn hazards have prompted the recall of some children's ride-on vehicle toys. We'll explain which toys and what to do if you have one.

The Memphis International Auto Show kicks off today at the Cook Convention Center. You can expect to see hundreds of the newest cars, trucks, SUVs and crossovers in the market. We'll preview this morning.

The Komen Race for the Cure is this weekend and it actually kicks off today with several events.  This weekend the race will take place downtown and we will let you know what areas to avoid so you don't get caught in any traffic.
