A youth baseball coach was charged with conspiring to commit rape in Faulkner County, Arkansas.

According to the police report, Michael Jay Willins posted an online advertisement stating that he was looking for "taboo" things.

An undercover officer then answered the ad, posing as a 33-year-old woman with a 12-year-old daughter. In emails and texts the investigators asked what taboos Willins was interested in. Willins responded "just about everything." Investigators said Willins also requested bizarre sexual acts with the 12-year-old.

Willins and the officer talked for a few weeks, at which point Willins agreed to drive to Conway, Arkansas, to meet up with the woman and the 12-year-old to have sex. They agreed upon a meeting point and Willins said he would arrive in a black Nissan.

On October 13, a black Nissan pulled up to the predetermined meeting point in Conway. Willins then got out of the car and started walking toward the apartment, but deputies arrested him before he got there.

"It's kind of weird to think those people exist in the world," John Kemmerly said.

Deputies confiscated multiple items from Willins and his car including a cell phone, condoms, an empty Cialis prescription bottle, lubricant, and a sex toy.

Willins admitted speaking to the officer online about "taboo" acts and traveling to Arkansas to have sex with the woman, but he said he would not have engaged in sexual contact with the underage girl.

Willins has been with Memphis Tigers 12 and Under baseball team since his arrest. He even coached a game last weekend after he was released from jail in Arkansas. When the team found out what happened, Willins was dismissed.

Willins also coached for one season with the Batters Box organization three years ago. People connected with Batters Box said they parted ways with Willins because he was not a good fit.

Those who have played youth ball are angry at what the coach is accused of doing.

"As somebody who played t-ball and softball when I was growing up, it's pretty appalling," Sarah Normand said.

Willins is charged with conspiring to rape, engage in deviate activity with a person under the age of 14.
